Proof of relationship for friend?

Hello,

When I get to proof of relationship I'm not too sure what to put in as I'm not related to my friend and don't want to leave it blank, What should be put there instead?

Are you applying in the New Portal or GC-Key?

pr card, passport or id of the friend your visiting woould be enough together with an invitation letter. do keep us informed of your application progress ..applied 7 april 2020 and still waiting for a trv without any updates at also...some that used to be processed in 10 to 14 days... good luck amigo

I applied using gckey in 2019 and question was ‘Can I prove relation ship”

I selected NO (invitation letter was from my friend)
TRV approved (but I added his passport copy with invitation letter)

that was before pandemic right now its taking ages to process a trv especially when your application doesnt invovle an immediate family member or an essential service
