proof of relationship - financial support question

Just a quick question regarding this. I have sent my fiancee money many times via western union over the years. however for some of the receipts we have, my mom sent them on my behalf (we have same last name)

would this pose issue or should I explain it in some way on back or receipt?

Explain it in a separate letter, make sure to reference the specific dates and receipt numbers.
