Hi Guys,
Im having a little trouble trying to understand the subjected requirement.
Synopsis:
- I have a 420 CRS score & have recieved my ITA last week
- I have mentioned in my original form that i do have an uncle in Canada. (Problem: His PR has expired as per his card & he has provided in for renewal).
- After recieving my ITA, part of the form required is Proof of Relationship
"'You must provide proof of your relationship with your host or family member. This can include:
a marriage certificate
Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM5409)
a birth certificate
an official document naming you as a parent
a copy of the inside back cover of the inviter's passport showing the inviter's parents, if applicable"
Questions:
- What exactly is this proof of relationship?
- Should i remove him as a relative in Canada
- Will this affect my score?
Any help/ advice recieved will be greatly appreciated.
