Proof of permanent residence application document

Hello Guys,

Today I receive an email from CIC to submit so documents regarding my child but when I checked my account with the list of documents that need to be upload there is one more document listed i.e. Proof of permanent residence application submission.
Now the question is What document should I upload under this section? Your help is highly appreciated.

I had checked its details and they had written that I can provide postal confirmation or letter of receipt etc.
I didn't received any postal confirmation or letter of receipt. I had received pdf file explaining the require documents but in that letter they had written that you should upload this back to them. So shall it be treated as proof of permanent residence application submission?
