Recently I received Additional document request which asked me to upload proof of my house mortgage as client information.
The problem is my bank cannot provide an official letter of the mortgage. They can only print monthly payment information. What can I do?
My plan is to provide an explanation letter and attach pages from the original mortgage contract which have my signature and bank stamp. Will that suffice?
Probably I should not mention that I have this home mortgage in the first place…
