Proof of Medical Exam

Hi guys,

I am a bit confused about what to upload for proof of medical.

I just recently scheduled my medical exam upon receiving ITA. However, the clinic I am going to (located in Canada) told me everything is paperless as a result no IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form. Does a signed letter from the doctor stating I have done the medical exam suffice? If not what do I need?

You get an e-medical sheet which you must upload in your document checklist.
