Proof of Medical Exam in the Time of Application

Hi
I am preparing my PR application now under FSW. One required document is "Proof of Medical Exam (required)".
How can I get this done now? I thought this needs to be done upon approval.

Under EE, you undergo an upfront medical exam. You can't submit your application without that.
