I've been trying to call CIC for the past week, unable to talk to a real person. So maybe you guys can help me
I'm applying for an extension of my visitor record and Im filling out the application online. So when I get to the part where I have to upload Financial documents, initially I thought I could use a redacted bank statement(I covered up the account # and deposit/withdrawl info) also I covered up the credit card number when I scanned those as well. Now I'm having second thoughts before I send my application with those scans. I don't really see why they would need that info but at the same time they only need the slightest reason to deny my application (saying I altered my documents or something).
So do you think I'll be ok with the redacted statement and credit cards?
Oh also! After I submit my online application and pay the fee's online, is there anything I still have to mail? or is my application considered received?
