Hello everyone, I have a question about proof of funds. CIC web-site says: if you are applying for PR under FSWP you must show that you have enough money to support yourself after you get to Canada, unless you are currently authorized to work in Canada and have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada. I'm in Canada now, my WP expired and now I'm on implied status and not authorized to work for now, but I have a valid job offer and LMIA. Do I still have to send them my banking info?

You are on implied status so you can work hence the word "implied", except you didnt apply for either a BOWP or extend your WP before the previous one expired.

If you have LMIA and claiming points for it, you are exempt from POF.

Thanks for your response. What do I attach then? Job offer and LMIA documents?

Depends on what funds you said was available to you in your form.

If you wrote 0, it (POF) shouldn't have been on your checklist.

If you have POF in your checklist, job offer and LMIA documents should suffice.

You can also include it in your LOE for further clarification but you should be fine tbh. LMIA is enough I suppose.

I changed it to 0 and PoF disappeared. Thanks. Hopefully, I'll be fine
