Friends,

Please Help me.. I am an Engineer from India. I need to add my spouse IELTS score to get 5 more points for my eligibility. We got married in Nov-2013. As a proof of it, We have a Government Marriage Certificate. Is that enough to submit as a proof of marriage? Since our both addresses are different in all other documents. Only document we have is our marriage certifiacte. Kindly help me...
