Proof of Marriage - India

I need to submit a proof of marriage for my application. The ? button states the marriage must be valid in the country's laws where it was performed and nothing else.

Do I need to get my marriage registered or will the marriage certificate issued by the place of worship where I was married suffice ?

Unfortunately that wont work. You will have to get your marriage registered.
