Hi,

CIC say's the following:


"from a completed secondary or post-secondary program in English or French

• a single course done in English or French doesn’t meet the requirement"

Please note that you must graduate a program (apprenticeship program, 3 year diploma or associate degree etc)

As far as I know, if you graduated a 2 or 3 year program in English or French from any reputable college, you will be all right.
If you have any doubts, I would recommend to take the CELPIP test. It is a small price to pay for peace of mind.
