PROOF OF LANGUAGE, still in Highschool (DISTANCE EDUCATION)

Hi Everyone. I would like to ask about the proof of language that the immigration asked me.
"PROOF OF LANGUAGE" I'm currently studying in Distance Education, but I already finished my English Credits (ENGLISH 5) at Adult School. I already enclosed my transcripts(grades) with my application. But they returned it, saying it is not valid.
