Hello everyone October 2019 applicant. Test invited March 2021. Test passed April 1st 2021. As new tracker my test is completed and back ground completed ✔ Language skills in progress. Just confused first thing you submitted everything before the test with the application . Please someone help me because I submit my language certificate from celpip and it's expired July 2020.i am wondering they ask the proof after the test. Please if you guys know about this . My understanding is they need all the documents when we applied I guess if not they returned the application please just need answers thank you.

They do not mark language skills, physical presence, and prohibitions as "completed" until the interview, if you require one; or perhaps they will later determine you do not need an interview.
This just means the citizenship official at your local office hasn't looked through your file yet. You've only passed the initial check at CPC-Sydney so far.
I was asked to present my expired language test during my interview, no problems at all.

They don’t care whether your language proof is expired or not. They even accept language proof people used while applied for PR. Don’t worry.
