i m Canadian citizen , and sponsoring my husband....living outside of Canada......What prove can I give that i am going to reside in Canada with my husband once he becomes permanent resident.
As i am unemployed ,
i don't have job offer
no letter of acceptance from educational institution in Canada
no property rental agreement
no mortgage or property
??? ???

Have a look at this recent thread http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/proof-to-intend-to-live-in-canada-t158454.0.html

All I had was letters from family and friends saying we were moving back, statements showing that I kept my Canadian bank account and credit card active and a detailed plan explaining the details about leaving the UK and moving to Canada, where we would live, getting jobs etc.

i m sponsoring my husband. i have question that in the form called as sponsorship evaluation , they are asking such question that do not apply to me ......so can i leave those boxes empty or what should i write in them .......please reply....

sorry i m bothering u but i have some questions plz reply if u can .....thanks again.....:)
in the application form they are asking one more question that
when do u plan to return to canada to resume residency
they want me to write exact date .....i m confused cause we dont know when my husband will get his PR ...we are applying right now ......so what should i write in that (date box) (yyyy-MM-DD) Sad

As a rule, try not to open the same topic/question on multiple threads. It makes it hard to answer you.

Don't worry about an exact date. Use something sensible and optimistic, such as 2014-01-01.
