Proof of ID - Please help

Hello, one question regarding photocopying Driver's License, Health Card and PR Card on one page only?
My concern is since I can fit all 3 doc in one page, is it okay to do so? It will make officer's life easy in my opinion. Or do i still need to photocopy them individually?

Note that the PR card is not accepted as proof of ID.
