Hi there. My husband is going to sponsor my mom as a tourist visa. I am not working but my husband's income is way above the minimum threshold. My questions are the ff:

1. Do we need to show our chequing or savings account? Which is better?
2. Is our RRSP and RESP count as financial statement also?
3. My mom is still working full-time in Philippines with an asset under her name. Does she still need a financial statement from her side?
4. How much does she need to show to the visa officer, that she is really going back to Philippines?
5. Is having our own house count as proof of financial means?

I know we can't apply for a super visa due to the fact that I am the child and I'm not working, instead my husband is the one who is capable of supporting us... Please help me with my questions. My friend told me that my mom needs at least a million pesos. I think this is an exaggeration.

Thank you. I hope somebody is out there to answer my questions.
