I am seeking your advise regarding proof of funds. Currently, I received an invitation for PR. I also have a valid job offer plus my wife under same Organization.
I am the principal applicant and we are planning to use my wife's bank account since she is your dependent but her bank account is not a joint account.
My questions are:
1. What are the documents that you will need to be able to show to Immigration you have full access to your wife's bank account?
2. Currently, my bank account is not in good standing and with outstanding debt but being paid regularly and consistently, will it affect my application?
3. Should you include the my bank account even though the proof of funds that we will use is my wife's bank account?
