Can someone clarify that do we have to show additional funds in our bank to cover pr application fees or just the minimum funds asked are required to satisfy the conditions.

Secondly, do car loan from bank creates on the funds shown, like is the amount of loan reduced from the funds shown

Minimum funds would do, but good idea to keep extra $1-2k to account for currency fluctuations.
