Proof of funds

My friend is in fsw pool and has proof of funds since around 19 months. Her currency value is dropping and their is a fear of bankruptcy in her country. Can she send the money to her canadian national brother. and get it back from him if she is selected. Should she just send it or show it as a loan her brother has taken from her?

Candidate must have the money in their account for at least 6 months. Otherwise, she would have to prove it was a gift I
if her Canadian brother sends it back to her. Be careful not to make it seem suspicious to IRCC.
