Proof of Funds

I haven't been able to find a clear answer on this proof of funds questions for immigrating as a Skilled Worker:
My family size is 4 and I receive a US government retirement pension-for-life of over US$32,000/year. My visa assessment score is 72 and my wife is in the "occupations under pressure" health field. Does our guaranteed retirement pension satisfy the proof of funds requirement?

I don't think so. The requirement is that you have CAN$18,895 for a family of four. That requirement is waived if you have pre-arranged employment, but I haven't read anything that says it's waived if you're receiving a pension.

You will have to show the funds as set per family members in the immigration rules.
