Hi All,

Following is the situation i need help with :

I have three bank accounts.

Bank A : Salaried account, in which i receive my monthly salary.
Bank B : Savings account in Bank B, to which i transfer money from salaried account for saving which i will show in Proof of funds, having balance = 13000 CAD.
Bank C : Savings account from which an EMI goes for my personal loan, unrelated to my bank account A or B.

In addition to these i have EPF of around 2 Lacs INR.

Now my question is can i use Bank B alone for proof of funds ?
do i need to show Bank A statement also?
Will Bank C statements have any effect on my application if i do or don't show it's statement?
Is there any way a check can be performed on my account in Bank C that may make my application negative?

Can CIC know about my personal loan even if i don't show it as i'm providing POF from Bank B.

Thanks in advance for the help

You only need to show a letter from bank B with proof of funds that is equal to or higher than stated limits by IRCC. As for debt, you need to show a proof of any credit facility that you are currently using, including but not limited to , credit cards, loan payments. so Yes, get a letter from bank C to show a brief about what facility you have and how much you owe.

IRCC will then calculate your net worth and compare it to their set limits. This usually happens at eligibility stage.
