I have been accepted For Master, tuition fee indicated on the official acceptance letter form is 6500 CAD, in the next page which is explaining students living expenses

My bank statement shows roughly above 45000 CAD, does that enough for visa office?

Anything above 25,000 CAD should be good enough to apply. To be on the safer side, make sure you get a report from CA showing the total available assets you have in total. All the best.
