I received ITA and have almost all required documents ready. I however have a query regarding POF.

I got a balance certificate from my bank along with account statement. But as per the CIC guidelines they should list all outstanding debts, such as credit cards and loans. My Balance certificate only sates my account balance and the account statement only mentions the transactions for the specified period.
Are these okay to submit or do I need to get something else that also specifically mentions loans, outstanding debts as well.

Bank statements and balance certificates are fine especially if amount is like 20% higher than POF requirements. You can still obtain liability letter from the bank as well. I just submitted bank statements and balance certificates and just explained in LOE that I could not get a letter as per CIC requirements, so I'm submitting these documents.
