Please help.

I got my ITA on 05-Sep-2018. So I have till 03-Nov to submit my eAPR.

It was only after I got my ITA that I started selling my stocks in the Indian exchanges for showing the Settlement Funds.

Technically it would be max 15-20 days at the time I submit my eAPR that the savings account balance would be of the level required by IRCC.

Now I have read on their website that they want 6 months average balance - which in my case would be very less - as being an astute investor, I usually transfer all my funds to market and schemes.

Will the IRCC accept the fact that the sudden increase in bankbalance is due to selling of my stocks (I can share the DEMAT statement)? I of course plan on using these monies while relocating to Canada.

Has anyone encountered this before?

There is no issue. Just explain in LOE that the funds in your account came from stock sale and also attach stock sale proof. It should be fine !
