I have a couple of questions about the proof of funds.
1). If my work gives me a partial advance of my next paycheck, so I can meet the requirement of fund for my visa application with enough to cover any exchange rate changes would this be considered a gift and need some explination? The transaction on my bank statement clearly shows it is from my place of work.
2). At what value is a deed of gift required or does the application office require you to explain a large deposit in your account? The amount my work will advance me is only 1,200 GBP (~2,040 CAD). Is this something that might cause an issue?
