Proof Of Funds

HI

We are 3 people who wants to migrate to Canada so eventually we need to show some 19k Canadian dollars.

We have some 6k In saving account + 4.5 k In EPF account + i am expecting a sudden transaction from my current company about 4.5 K Canadian dollar.

This sudden transaction is yearly bonus will that be a problem to show as proof of funds??

If you can show proof from where you received that and it says, its a company bonus as per your employment contract, this should be fine.

I live and work in Dubai and have an account in India which I barely use, I only use it to send some money home. I intend to borrow(not to be paid back) money from my family in India to show funds in my India account which doesn't have much activity in case i need to show the proof of funds. Alternatively I can show funds in my Dubai salary account which I will eventually close if I move to Canada and will have to transfer the funds to India eventually before I land in Canada. Which account do recommend that I use to show proof of funds ?

you can show in dubai and india.. no worries.. I showied some in GBP and some in INR as well
if you are lending and not giving back, have a notary of gift deed as well

Hi Anoop, I intend to show proof of funds in INR as my dad will lend me the funds as a gift. Is it acceptable to show proof of funds in a country other than country of residence ?
