its a problem if your father is not part of your immigration application. so my advice is to get the same A/C converted to your name only.

Dear friends,

here i have a doubt regarding proof of funds, i have submitted the full documents to london CHC, now if i need some in emergency can i withdrawn some money from my bank account which i shown in Proof of funds.

is there any problem, means will they check the accounts by calling the banks please give me advise

whether they can check the banks is something which depends on bank`s policies.... but the best advice is to have atleast 60 or 70% of your funds in A/C..... if it goes below that than you should be able to justify if asked at any moment... what i have observed is that visa office usually asks for funds proof from 20% to 30% of applicants at the time they ask for medicals. (hypothesis-- no data available).... hope you are lucky enough to be among 70%...

I have a very basic query about application for Skilled category. I hope you will guide me.

As I have my wife and three kids to apply with me and I need to show arround 17000€. My question is, Do I need to have all this money in the bank before I file an application or can I file application now ( by having arround 7000 €) and show (remaining amount) while they will call me for interview? I am in hesitation to apply as I do not have all this money with me now but during processing period (for Italy is about 1 year) I can arrange this amount.

Please guide me.

Sir, in order to apply under the new rules you have to submit all documents (CIO + Visa office checklist except police certificates) which also means proof of required funds as well.... you can take out some amount once you have submitted your app but taking out large sums cant be adviced as safe but one can get away with it if Visa office does nt ask for funds proof again...
