I am planning to apply for PR through express entry. In order to show proof of funds, i want to sell property which is on my name and show that as my own amount. Will it work out...any one has any proforma....requesting to help me out

Save the deed of sale so that you can prove where the new liquid funds in your bank account came from. Good luck!

Hi guys,

Please clarify my doubt. What if I open a new account and show proof of funds? WIll there be a query?

If a query arises, is it possible that some of the amount was received as gift. Please advice
