Hi ,
I have $ 18000 in my savings account. On third of June, it will mature to three months. I have received my ITA a month back. It requires for me to show my average balance as well as the current balance in the letter to be provided by the bank. The bank is refusing to mention the average balance and saying they are not liable to do so.I didn't want to mention the minimum balance as it was as low nil. They just mentioned the current balance and that I don't have any loans. Will this suffice?

You will also need the letter to confirm the date your account was opened.
In regard to avg balance. You can show all your monthly statements since your account opening and clarify within your LOE. It would make sense to get the account statements stamped by the bank to show that they are official.
