You do not have to show that you have these funds if:

you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

I am currently not working because I have a baby I am caring for at home but I am authorized to work with a possession of post graduation work permit however, my question is this; Does anyone know the reason why CIC request for Proof of Financial support in form of a letter from the financial institution stating the balance on every account ( Savings, Chequings, investment, credit cards, loans) for the last 6 month if you currently live in Canada? Am I supposed to put the "money" in my account or they only wanna see the in-flow and out-flow of cash from my account.

Thank you all

CIC wants to know that you will be able to afford living for yourself as well as your baby and also in and out flow of money in your bank account.
If you do not have valid Job offer, you have to show them your bank statement as they mentioned so they know that you have enough funds to support your family.
If you are married/in common law, you can show them your husband/partner's bank statement to provide them proof that your expense will be well taken care of.
Hope this answers your question
