Hi everyone,

I would like to apply for my mother and sister for visitor visa to visit me. My mother has about 13000 CAD in her bank account ( this account is a joint account with me and my mother but my mother has 100% ownership and I have not been in my home country for the past 5 years) and I included her employment letter and paystubs. My father also provides affidavit (supporting my mother and my sister during this trip- my sister is a dependent child) and his bank statements which has around 15000 CAD, retirement letter and his pay stubs. I have also my banks statements and pay stubs too but I am not sure what should I answer these questions for my mother.
To answer the following question (How much money do you have for your stay in Canada? (In Canadian dollars - CAD) (required) ) for my mother, should I sum my father's available funding in his bank to my mother available funding? or should I just simply write 13000 CAD and choose the answer for the following question (Is someone else giving you money for your stay in Canada? (required) ) as No? Do I need to write a cover letter for this part or not?

I know for my sister I should choose Yes since my mother and my father will support her.

Just as a side note, my mother and my sister visitor visa application was rejected 4 years ago because of lack of ties in home country and Canada and financial assets and lack of travel history. I was student during that time and now I am working full-time.

Thanks for your guidance.
