Proof of Funds - unable to get account open date

I am with TD in Toronto ... I've been asking different people and they all gave the same answer, they can't give me customized letter containing all the required information.

What they can give me:
- "Customer Portfolio" - showing current balance of all accounts
- "Customer Details" print out showing my name and "customer since" date (so, it's not per account)

I also have 6 months worth of monthly chequing account statements.

Would these be good enough?

This would suffice. If you're submitting 6 months worth of statements, that implies that the account is at least 6 months old.
