Hi everyone,
I just renewed my passport and have to extend my study permit and I am putting this as proof of funds:
- All tuitions payments (including this semester) alongside the scholarship I receive each semester.
- Both my parents bank statements of last 4 months, however due to tuition payments it goes down but it goes up rapidly in the months so my parents can always afford to live in home country + pay for my tuitions and even sending me money if I need to, currently the total they have is only around $24k because my father paid my tuition and my mother got a new car.
- My father net monthly salary alongside special compensations
- My taxes notice of assessments of my part time job from 2022-2024 which showcases an annual revenue of around 19-20k (I was respecting the limit of 20h/w)
However I am conflicted if I should add my offer of employment of my internship that will start this summer, it is a great salary and it is related to my major (but not CO-OP) because I am worried if the officer may think I am here to work but it is just to gain experience related to my field
My tuition for my final year is around 15k and by adding the current cost of living from the website which is around 20k I should showcase I have at least 35k but I am worried if what I have currently is not enough ? My father money by my next semester studies will alone exceed 40k but I have to extend my permit right now since it is expiring soon. I am thinking of adding a letter of explanation.
My last question is, I found online people mentioning the need of adding a letter from my parents that says they will sponsor my studies but when I applied for the first time as new applicant I did not include it and my application was still accepted, is this new ? and does it have to be from both of my parents or just my father ?
Thank you!
