Proof of funds - shares and mutual funds

Hi all,

I want to know if equities and mutual funds can be shown as proof of funds? If yes, do they need to be attested from somewhere? I am a zerodha user and have bought equities and mutual funds from it.

You can show Provident fund and mutual fund for PoF.
