Proof of funds requirement for in-Canada FSW applicants

Hello, I am currently on PGWP with a CRS score of 504 and fall under FSW category (haven't completed one year yet, so CEC is not applicable).

While I know that if I'm already in Canada, I might not have to show proof of funds even if I fall under the FSW stream - however, there's a second condition that must be fulfilled, which is to "have a valid job offer."

According to this link, my full-time, permanent job since I applied for PGWP in Jan '22 might not not qualify me for the above condition: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

My question is: would I still need to show proof of funds or is there a way I could write to the immigration officer explaining my situation? Would appreciate insight from somebody who has been in a similar situation.

Thank you!
