Proof of Funds Question

Hello! Hope everyone is staying safe and sound.
I have a question related to proof of funds for the FSW program. I have a PGWP and I'm currently working in Canada. I recently received my ITA; according to the IRCC website, one doesn't need to show proof of funds if:
1. You have a valid work permit.
2. You have a job offer.
I have both. However, if I write that I am bringing less than $13,000 into the country, it says I haven't met the eligibility for the FSW program. Does anyone have any insights into this? I currently have around $9,000 in immediate liquid assets, but I don't want to write $13,000 and then only show that I have $9,000 in the bank (obviously).
Does anyone have any insights around this?

If you have received ITA based on CEC (Canadian Experience Class), you dont need to show Proof of funds.
in your ITA,(first 2 lines) you can find, if you are selected based on FSW or CEC.

If you are already working in Canada then you don't need the minimum balance of $13,000. All you need to show isn't our tax return documents. I believe they call it T4
