Proof of Funds Question

Hi to everyone, i have a question. For the POF im saving up in Mexican Pesos to obtain the 12,475 CAD, but since one day 1 CAD = 14.50 MEX and another 1 CAD = 15.00 MEX im hesitating on the amount of Mexican Pesos that i should save. Right now im using the App XE Currency for Android

My question is: What type of currency exchange converter i should take as reference? Can I use the google Currency Converter, continue to use the XE Currency or should I look somewhere else?

You can use any legit coverter but make sure you have enough funds in account to avoid any issues from currency going up or down.
