Hi, I need some suggestions regarding with Proof of Funds.

My situation is as follow:
I have the required amount of funds but I put 90% of the money as a term deposit under my wife name which already matured last May and as soon as it matured I've transfered all the money to an account under my name until now.

I'm the PA and planning to submit my application by the end of July.

My question is, do I need to provide NOC letter from my wife and official letter from her bank as well?

I'm really confused because if I need to show average 6 months balance under my name, there will be no money at all between the first 3 months as the money is still in my wife's account.

Thanks for any suggestions guys.

You have to provide the docs for the term deposit and the statement in which the transfer was made to your account. You don't have to worry about the six month average balance. To be on the safer side, explain the situation in a letter and get it signed from your wife.

Yes I have all the term deposit docs and statement showing the transfer to my account.

The money originally comes from my account before I transfered it to my wife's account and put them as term deposit and I still have the statements from last year that can prove this.

so do you think just a letter of explanation and declaration letter from my wife will be sufficient?
