Proof of Funds Question (I don't have debts - the average balance for the past 6 months Requirement not included)

Hi everyone,

I got a letter from my bank in the US.

- The bank says that they can't state that I don't have any debts or loans. Would that be an issue? Does IRCC require listing loans and debts only if the applicant actually has them?
- Can I submit bank statements to support the 6 months average balance?
