Proof of funds Query ?

Hi friends,

Please suggest if I can sell my shares, in share market, that I am holding from very long and show it was proof of funds ?

Do I need to explain in Loe that these were my shares and I have sold them to manage funds?

Yes you can do it. Keep a copy of the share certificates before selling and show the transaction and money deposit into your account. Explain in the LOE and attach the share certificates and other supporting documents as evidence.
