Proof of Funds - PNP - With job offer

I have a job offer from PEI employer in my NOC and I'll be applying for PNP in skilled worker category.

I have 2 years CAD experience.

Quick question about POF - My TD account is pretty messed which means I don't really have a lot of $$ in my account but I could arrange $10000-$15000 from my brother. Please advise if this acceptable. Or should I even care about money in my account at all since I have full time job offer.

Please suggest, This paranoia s killing me..

If you have a valid Job offer; firstly, you can apply for PR under FSW directly instead of applying for PNP and secondly, you DO NOT have to show proof of funds if you have valid job offer.
