Proof Of Funds Letter - Royal Bank of Canada

Hi,

When I approached RBC - Toronoto for POF letter for EE application, they provided "Notices of Account Balances / Account Advice Letter" with my accounts current information. To show average balance of 6 months, they printed all my 6 months statements and stamped on them.


However this letter doesn't stated the opening dates of my accounts.

Bank representative confirmed that they usually provide the same letter for immigration purpose, or i need to provide them any format to fill in the details.


Anybody in this forum faced the similar challenge ? Please help me !!!

Account opening dates are mandatory in Proof Of Funds Letter ?

Print a copy of the CIC instruction for proof of funds and take it to the bank, got my proof of funds from RBC in Calgary last year and it had all the info including account opening dates, net worth etc.

They told me exactly same thing. But I told them to give me a official letter and state the open date for each account. Stamp and sign.

Just go back to tell them exactly what you need. Tell them to give you a bank letter.

Got a written letter from a client advisor, attached to it was a notice of account balances and statement of net worth. Tell them exactly what you want and they'll get it done.
