Proof of Funds - Job Offer

Hi,

I want to know about showing job offer as proof of funds while applying for OINP. I am an international student and currently studying in the 2nd second of my program. I have a job offer but it is not LMIA.

Can I show this job offer as proof of funds even if it is not LMIA?

I was reading about "valid job offer" at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html
It states the job offer must also be from an employer with positive LMIA

Can anyone clarify this?
