Proof of funds, is this legal?

Hi all,

Need your opinion about this. I’m currently a permanent resident and now helping my sibling apply.

Sibling’s bank account is not enough for PoF (i.e 12.4k). I’m willing to lend her the money that she can pay me whenever she’s able.

Would this be a legit arrangement?

I wonder if it’s an option to explain to IRCC that I will support my sibling’s settlement expenses.

No, that would not be a legit arrangement. She cannot borrow the funds.
