Proof of funds - India

Hi,

I need to provide proof of funds for permanent residency(ITA received).


I am providing the proof from my bank account in India which is solely under my name including official letter(format followed) and bank statement(6 month back).

It will work?? or I have to transfer those funds to my bank in Canada??

any suggestions??

Your current bank account will do. You don't have to transfer the funds anywhere - that's actually a bad idea since you'll lose all the history. What you have right now is enough.
