Proof of funds in FD

Hi everyone,

For entry through EE , my dad deposited the amt required for me in my personal account in April. But since it has not been 6 months and a bulk transaction, my consultancy has advised me to get FD for the full amt in today’s date. Is that acceptable and what else is needed with the FD to confirm it’s my money and I can use it anytime I want. Please do help.

Since you are already working with a consultancy, why posting your questions here. If something happens, your consultancy will blame you (for not listening).

Answer : If you are filing PR application in September first week, then just get bank statement of May, June, July. Three months will be enough.
