Proof of funds help..

Hi everyone....
just wanted help...I am currently in Canada on PGWP. i got invite under FSW
i wanted help on proof of funds...

1. I have gift deed notarized from my brother in Canada
2. Balance certificate (summary) from Scotiabank

What else should i attach on the proof of funds section and what should i write on the letter of explaination


pls advice.....
