Hi,
I stay in India and I have an ITA under Express Entry FSW and will now be submitting my eAPR. For Proof of Funds, Half of the amount I already had in my account through savings. My brother who stays in Australia sent me the remaining half as a gift. However, as we had read on a forum that the funds need to be present in the Bank account from the day you receive an ITA, He sent half the amount directly as an overseas transfer and asked his friend (who lives in India) to transfer the remainder of the funds into my account (Due to international transfer limits in a single day). The next day he sent the remainder of the funds to his friend. So my bank account shows two credits... one from my brother and one from his friend. And his account shows to debits, one to me and one to his friend. Additionally, as he stays in Australia, the Gift Deed he has made is not on an Indian Stamp paper. I have separately made a notarized affidavit under my name stating I have received the funds from my brother as a gift. My questions are:
1. Does the Gift Deed also have to be on a notarized Affidavit or a separate notarized affidavit made by the receiver (myself) would work along with a plain paper gift deed?
2. Do I have to mention the entire trail of my Brother routing the part-amount of the entire gift through his friend's account in India?
