Proof Of Funds - Gift deed and supporting documents.

Hello Experts,

I received my ITA recently and for POF I took CAD 10,000 from my dad.
He has got the gift deed made already.

I just want to know the following things.

1. The bank statement that shows the transfer of funds from my dad's side, does it need to be on a bank's letterhead? or can it be a system generated copy from internet banking webiste?

2. If its a system generated copy, does it need to be signed and authorized by any bank official?

3. Do I need to get the copy of international bank transfer copy (SWIFT copy), from my Dad's account to my account, signed and attested by the Bank as well ?

letter head not necessary, only bank stamp is good enough

No

3. Do I need to get the copy of international bank transfer copy (SWIFT copy), from my Dad's account to my account, signed and attested by the Bank as well ?

Not needed.

Keep the letter and bank statement but dont show unless requested by officer. You can make the bank draft of your own name and that is well good enough.
